Trailer Tent (Marston OX3)

Am posting for my neighbour who is moving next week. This is a good condition trailer tent, BUT, it has been sat on her drive for about 5 years! The cover has perished and the tyres are flat. The key to open the back is missing, but you can still get into it. If anyone could make use of it, please let me know!
