Pop up tent (Clapham MK41)

Used this year, still works fine (literally pops up in 2 seconds). Two issues are - one seam let some water in during a very heavy storm, should be ok to re-waterproof - and one flexi-pole is broken so when the tent pops up it doesn’t sit quite straight on the ground - could probably be taped/mended. Tent still works fine in any case so you could mend these things or just use it.
