I think the mechanism has rusted slightly as the umbrella will go up but it’s very hard to wind the handle to put it down
Anyway, it probably needs taking apart and oiling or something? If anyone wants it to give that a go you are welcome. Please let me know when u can collect it and no time wasting please. It is very big but can be taken apart for transportation
