PSU with Molex and 2 x SATA Power adaptors.
No HDD but there is about 6 slots for HDD and
PC did POST before when I got it off Freegle, as I was testing with a Nvidia Tesla card and GPU. But with the removal of the PCIe card the MB is "stuck" on booting from the PCIe slot.
I know that there is a way to reset the BIOS and the boot up on the Onboard graphics.
