Android phone tablet TV smartphone (Small heath b10)

Hi I care for someone who is not able to socialize or go out and used phone and tablet to learn and watch news and documentaries for his mental health and wellbeing recently his tablet packed up and is very upset I would be so grateful and appreciate any help anyone can offer I can work in return or maybe I have an item you need in return thanks or even a tv with freeview
