Lemon tree (Hale WA15)

This is a regrowth. The original tree was in superb condition and gave us many lemons. Then it got sick. We chopped it back to get rid of it and put in garden. It's come back! Clearly the roots and bit we cut back to were fine. It does want a pot and nice warm room to live in (bring something to take it away in as the pot isn't inclided)
 It doesn't like being in the garden - snails are eating the leaves and it's getting a little cold so the leaves are turning. I side it flowers and has leaves year round. It's about 50cm tall and would grow vigorously in the right conditions. I don't know how long it will take to get lemons again but it used to regularly have 6+ lemons.
