2 x REPOSE Pressure Relieving items. (Kendal LA9)

I have acquired a couple of items which are designed to reduce the risk of developing pressure sores. They appear to be new and consist of 1 x cushion and 1 x mattress overlay & cushion. The packaging tube is also the air pump. They are returnable and I phoned the contact number given but apparently the company's nearest contact is in Liverpool so I was advised to just dispose of them which obviously doesn't sit well with me!
