Victorian low chair project (Stannington, Sheffield S6)

We would like to donate this chair that has been in the family some time. Please see photos of the chair and underpinnings. It's broken underneath (hence the sloping seat and angled front legs) AI suggests it' is a classic Victorian low armchaiir, Late Victorian to early Edwardian (c. 1870–1900).' We'd love someone to repair and restore it.
