Halloween balloon banner (EH5, Granton, Edinburgh)

Halloween foil balloons and a random Halloween stick decoration with a pumpkin on it. Blew up 3x of the ballons before deciding I wasn't going to use them as too big for my living room. All balloons are there, and the wee straw too to blow them up. Free to anyone who can collect from Granton EH51GG.
