I'm reaching out to see if anyone has LEGO bricks or sets they no longer need.
I'm working on collecting LEGO bricks to help support children with autism, developmental disabilities, and sensory processing challenges in our Northern Virginia community.
The organization i am support is The Arc of Loudoun in Leesburg, VA, which provides educational and therapeutic services for individuals with disabilities.
LEGO building can be a wonderful hands-on activity that encourages creativity, fine motor skills, focus, problem-solving, and self-expression. For children with sensory needs, it can also offer a calming and engaging way to play and learn.
I'm hoping to put together a collection of
LEGO bricks and building materials that could be used for these activities.
We're happy to accept:
* Loose LEGO bricks and assorted pieces
* Complete or incomplete LEGO sets
* Minifigures, baseplates, and accessories
* Older LEGO collections your children have outgrown
Donations would be greatly appreciated,
I'm available to pick up anywhere in the neighborhood at your convenience.
Even a small bag of LEGO pieces could help create something meaningful for a child.
Thank you so much for your kindness, generosity, please feel free to comment or send me a private message.
