Overwhelmed with mine, I cant keep up with the rate they are growing! Living organism that needs liquid & sugar to ferment to make kombucha:
(Black or green tea, distilled or filtered boiled water & sugar) can be flavoured after 1st fermentation
plenty of info / advice online on the do's & dont's. But very simple to make!
Let me know how many you would like & when you can collect, so I can leave out for you to pick up (from Lydden) at your convenience
