“Scat Mat” for pets (Upper West side. West 83.)

Free pet training scat mat available for pickup! 19 inches by 46 inches. This clear plastic mat is a safe and harmless tool to help train pets. It gently keeps dogs or cats off furniture, counters, or out of specific rooms. When a pet steps on it, it provides a mild shock— similar to a static shock. It is very safe. ( My young son and his friends used to try to sit on it for fun (!))
Look up online if you have concerns about safety.
This is the generation 1 mat.
