Bose Sound Wave Spares/Repairs (Pennsylvania, Exeter EX4)

I’ve found this hard to let go of because it was a present from my late father, but it is literally gathering dust and may be if use to someone with the skills to fix it. Somewhere on one of our many moves it must have taken a hit as the casing is broken at the back corner. Last time I tried it, the remote turned on but I couldn’t get the CD to play.
