Foldable Kids Scooter (Seaford BN25)

Bought from Amazon 3 years ago when son was 5 years old, didn't use a lot, the screw on the left kept coming off, I believe a small parts is missing, I think this may be an easy fix for someone, now I have bought a new one, so this scooter is free to collect / for repair.
