Lawn mower, Rover 4-stroke (Oyster Bay)

It's an older Rover four stroke EasyStart mower that no longer starts easily. If you're lucky it will after 10-15 goes. Still otherwise in good condition and runs well after it finally starts, folding handle, large catcher, Briggs & Stratton engine. I'm no mechanic but maybe you can get it back to starting "first time, every time."
