Kids Scooter (Seaford BN25)

Foldable kids scooter, bought from Amazon 3 years ago when son was 5 years old. Didn't use it a lot, the screw on the left kept coming off, I believe a small parts is missing, I think this will be a easy fix for someone, now I have already bought a new one so this scooter is free to collect / for repair.
