Cross stitch sewing craft items (St Nicholas stevenage SG1)

Hello all , I am in recovery from neurosurgery due to a brain aneurism and hemorrhage and I would really love to attempt to get back to some of the things I used to do like cross stich , sewing crafting knitting etc which havnt been able to do for a while now , im also hoping it will help with my recovery with coordination, depth perception and mental health so I was wondering if anyone had any bits or bobs they no longer need that I could give a new home to at all please absolutely anything would be greatly appreciated if possible, many thanks
