Rear mounted bike rack (California IP4)

This bike rack attaches to the rear of the car.

It was only used a few times so is still in good condition. Unfortunately it has been stored in a shed and damp has got rust on some of the buckles which is gutting, and why I'm offering it free.

I've included a picture of the worst affected buckle. It still seems really strong and can presumably be treated with rust remedy.
