Clothing and furniture need (El cajon ca)

I have recently moved into my own place and had everything I own including all my furniture, clothing shoes and food destroyed by my ex while trying to end our relationship due to domestic violence so if anyone has anything they could part with i would be extremely grateful. Thank you
