smaller dog grooming table (Howell, MI)

ISO: dog grooming table that i can hang my dog to keep him from having a meltdown and bite. I just can't afford to be taking him to a groomer and it's hard because he has what i believe it's called patela. It where his knees are constantly dislocating and i can't afford the surgery to both legs but the right one is the worst. But using a table that he can be hanging from it's safer.
