This is old (70s?), a bit lopsided and wobbly, but there might be a textiles/art student or someone out there who can make use of it or fix it to make it even better. It was adjustable, but might not be any more as the plastic cogs degraded.
At the moment it's probably set at the max size which I reckon is a UK size 10/12-ish. I covered the original surface with a close-fitting stretchy top to make it easier for pinning clothes.
