Child's Safety Helmet- XS (Panshanger AL7)

I found this several weeks ago at the Marley Road exit to King George Playing Fields
Over the weeks I've left it in prominent positions hoping it would be picked up by its owner - as it hasn't thought I would have a go at Freegling the item !

I've given it a clean - looks in good condition
