This was a heated USB jacket, however the heating elements stopped working, therefore I have cut off the charging wire. However it is still useful as a warm waistcoat, especially as it has a thermal reflective lining on the interior lining of the back. It is Chinese size 3XL but I found it to be a good fit around my size 18 hips. It hasn't been worn much as the USB heating stopped working soon after I purchased the waistcoat.
