Laser cutter engraver (YO11 Scarborough)

I know this is a huge ask but I’m asking anyway if anyone has a desktop Laser/engraver, cutting machine. Not the small pen like dremel size as I have a disability that stops me from using one. I’m willing to travel to collect so if anyone has upgraded or just doesn’t have the time I honestly like to give one a loving home. Thanks for your consideration. 🙏🏻
