Office swivel chair - needs TLC (Frecheville S12)

Office swivel chair, fully functional and very comfy, just cosmetically challenged.

All wheels present and work, swivels and reclines as it should, and the height adjust is working properly. Just the leatherette is peeling.

Could be repaired or used with a throw.

I’m listing this on behalf of my parents - collection is from S20 Owlthorpe.
