TV freeview (small heath b10)

hi i care foe someone and they cant socialize at all or go outside but he loves learning ane watching documentriaers and david atenbourgh i am tereible at spelling lol he recently lost use of hos tablet and that was hos only way of outside communication and keeping his mind occupied so any help with a tv with freeview or a android tablet or smartphone would absolutley make his world it would he greatly appreciated and maybe i can do something to help in retirn or i may have something you want in return thanks so mich
