Any old Maxtor DiamondMax 16 hard disk drive (Walton-on-Thames KT12)

I'm trying to resurrect a friend's failed disk that has a bad driver board (catastrophic power failure). It's a Maxtor DiamondMax 16 250GB. Any DiamondMax 16 will probably be helpful. The best match would be a disk with model 4A250J0 and code RAMB1TU0. The board would look a lot like the second photo. It doesn't matter if the drive is not working. I would be extremely grateful. Thanks.
