Brown leather 3-seater sofa (Lee SE12)

Comfy brown leather three-seater sofa, free to a good home. It has three seat cushions and three back cushions.

Seat height: about 45cm

Condition: Still sturdy and comfortable, with the normal wear you’d expect from a well-used leather sofa. There’s some colour fading on the seat cushions, scuffs and a few scratch marks on the arms and lower front, and a worn corner at the back. The black dust cover underneath has a few tears, but you can’t see them when the sofa is standing. Please check the photos so you know what you’re getting.

Fire label: The label has gone missing. The sofa did have one, because I bought it from a British Heart Foundation shop, and they only sell upholstered furniture with a valid label.

Collection only from SE12 area. The sofa is on the second floor with no lift, and the corridors and stairwell are narrow. It’s big and heavy, so please bring at least two strong people and a van or large vehicle.
