High-quality sofa, beautiful fabric (monkstown/blackrock, dublin)

I'm offering a high quality, custom built, very sturdy sofa. It has beautiful strong hard-wearing fabric.

There's 1 little catch:
I'm going to cut a section out of the white lining in the base that the seat cushions lie on. My son drew on it when he was a baby! It was his first drawing cars, and we want to keep it.

I imagine it should be a simple inexpensive repair. It was made by Yours Personally in Dun Laoghaire.
