Stunt handle for scooter (Broxbourne EN10)

Ball handle for Micro Kickboard scooter. You can fit it in place of a t-bar handle to make it easier to do stunts. I got rid of the scooter some years ago but have just found the handle and fitting kit... It also contained two mysterious but sturdy springs. I don't know what they're for.
