Still hedge cutter ( not working) (WR13. Cradley. Malvern.)

Stihl HS45 petrol hedge cutter. Was working about a year ago but now seems not to want to fire up .
If you can get it going you are welcome to it. Now converted to battery operated system so just lying around and not being used.
I think I have the instruction booklet also but need to look for it.
