A couple of birthday banners for 21st (Grimsbury OX16)

I’ll give them away because my daughter has not turned 21 and they are therefore no longer needed reasonably good quality they’re not made of paper as such. I mean triangular shape one that needs to be threaded is obviously made of hard card but they’re too long banners are made of some sort of hard wearing plastic I would imagine but it doesn’t feel plastic-y. More like cloth I just thought if someone was on a budget this is just one little thing that you can save a bit of money.
