This is a solar batter trickle charger for when the battery is in the state of losing power. It does not charge a flat battery but helps to maintain it if you don't drive your vehicle much. It comes with a plug in charger for a cigarette lighter socket, 4 suction pads to attach it to the window, plus the manual.
I no longer need this as I got a new car and it has been sitting in my cupboard for a few months, but last time it was used it was working fine.
