Mirror, with a white frame and shelf. It has two mountings at the back, where it could be attached to a wall, or alternatively, the shelf can be used as a stand.
The lights are mains powered and are dimmable. They are secured to the mirror frame with double sided tape.
If you do not want the lights, you should be able to remove them and remove the tape residue with something like WD40 or sticky stuff remover.
It measures 59cm wide by 60cm tall.
