Well-loved sleeper couch, still has plenty of life in it! Sage green. Cushion covers can be removed and machine washed (on gentle setting). Fabric has areas of fading, some wear-and-tear, a few minor stains. Solid wood frame and metal construction. Bought from Jordan's years ago. MUST BE ABLE TO REMOVE IT YOURSELF. 2nd floor of two-family home with ~5 porch steps. Bring at least two strong people, it's heavy! :) Perfectly proportioned for smaller spaces - dens, guest rooms, apartments. Bed folds out to a generous full size. Dimensions: Length: 74" Depth: 35" Seat depth: 23.5" Floor to top of arm test: 26.5" Length with bed extended: 88" You must be able to remove yourself.

Desk is about 76” x 38” x 30”h. If exact dimensions are important let me know and I’ll carefully measure it. All drawers work and operate smoothly. This desk is big and heavy so I recommend a truck or van and two very strong people or 3 or 4 average people to transport it.

Looking for a very specific white 3-shelf bookcase: IKEA Billy bookcase in white, **and was purchased prior to 2022.** Dimensions: 15 3/4” W x 11” D x 41 3/4” H. 2 adjustable shelves. See stock photo attached. (New version marketed since 2022 replaced the wood veneer with “paper foil” and the new “white” color is not a match with the older style.) If you have one of these gathering dust and in decent shape, I’d be most grateful to be its new owner. Thank you!
