Olive Chair and Half with Ottoman (North Andover) About 25 years old. From a non-smoking home. Ottoman has wheels. Rolls nice on a hard wood floor. Has a rip behind the back cushion, a few small stains and some fabric wear (pictured). Rip isn't noticeable unless you pull on the cushion. You will need a truck to pick up. No delivery.

IKEA Linnmon tabletop/desk surface (Malden) Offering an IKEA Linnmon tabletop (approx. 47” x 23”) in white. I used this as a vanity top between two Alex drawer units, worked great and super clean look. Condition is overall good with a few small cosmetic dings (see photos), but still very functional and sturdy. Great for a desk setup, vanity, or craft table.
