I ordered a new toilet seat a couple of years ago and the useless supplier sent the wrong one. Each time I complained they sent me a new toilet seat, which again was the wrong one, and they never wanted the old one back. The seats are still sealed, even if the boxes are a bit battered. So if you can make use of an unused toilet seat and can collect it, you'd be very welcome!
