Perfect for a teenager or small adult looking to get into weight-lifting. Works several areas of body including quads, hamstrings, chest and arms. Adjustable components. Can add or remove from weight stack. Around 200lbs total. The space this needs = 6.5ft tall, 3.5ft wide, 5ft long. You will most likely need a truck to move this. It can probably lie flat.

Twin captain's bed made with solid wood shelves and drawers, steel center beam - old school quality. Includes a more modern organic mattress and a kingsize headboard we used against the wall to break the chill and bring coziness. Works for any age - purchased from a man who grew up with it, so we're the second owners. Mattress picked up about a year ago in Berkeley.
