The metal box, shoes and the plant on the stool are not included. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A VEHICLE THAT WILL FIT THE SKIS, WE CAN HOLD ONTO THEM. Otherwise, all the rest must go and be picked up in Indiana, PA. If not gone by the weekend, we will take the stuff to Goodwill.
