Fixer upper. The zipper is broken and would cost 25-40 to get repaired at a tailor. Or you could sew a new zipper on yourself. I’ve been meaning to but have too many projects. The logo is also faded but that is just a cosmetic flaw. If you can fix it, that would still give you pretty good value for an otherwise very nice backpack.

Heavy, so bring help and a truck. - 8 tall wooden bar-height chairs: weathered. Must take all 8, no singles. - 2 large cast iron patio umbrella bases: ornamental design, some surface rust. Back cushions are cushy poly fill. Cotton twill cover is removable and washable. Dimensions: 85l x33d x25h. No smoke, mildew or bugs. Arms are padded, great to lean or perch on.
