old telphones (Harbourland ME14)
Hello, I have decided to introduce the concept of 'History' to my young class of special needs children through telephones, as I think I will be able to show quite a dramatic change over time with real artefacts that will intrigue them! So I wonder if any kind freeglers happen to have any old telephones that they would like to donate to me please? I would love to show them an old rotary style one, or even one like Mr Banks had in 'Mary Poppins'? Perhaps I can find an early mobile phone too? They don't need to be in working order. As I finish for summer soon, I will be able to collect at a time to suit you. Thank you for reading. Kind regards,

Very large curtain panel (Boughton Monchelsea ME17)
Donated to Freegle by one of my customers who's moving house. Previously used as a patio door curtain. Approx L200cm x W380cm (i struggled to measure it as its so wide, but those are the approx dimensions!) Very heavy duty high quality fabric. Lined. Please note, the lining does display some discolouration, particularly around the bottom hem. But the the actual curtain fabric is fine). But was packed away in a storage cupboard for several years and will need a clean. Even if not used as a curtain, there's a significant amount of fabric that could be re-used and repurposed - cushion covers maybe? Collection from the Joywood Estate, Boughton Monchelsea. You'll need a vehicle as its too big and heavy to carry far on foot

George Foreman grill (Boughton Monchelsea ME17)
Promised
George Foreman grilling machine. Donated to Freegle by one of my customers who's moving house and clearing some things. Ive plugged it in and checked it does work. However, please note it will need a good clean. It was packed away straight from the kitchen and into a box, then stored in the garage for a while. There is some grease and dust build-up. Not sure if these are supposed to come with a drip tray, but if they do, it doesn't have one. Maybe you can use a makeshift tray or buy a cheap replacement from Amazon 🤷♀️ Doorstep collection from the Joywood Estate, Boughton Monchelsea. I'll leave it outside under the front porch in a bag ready for the agreed taker to just pick up.

Popcorn maker (Boughton Monchelsea ME17)
Proline popcorn maker. Donated to Freegle by one of my customers who's moving house and clearing some things out. Ive plugged it in and checked it does work. However, please note it will need a good clean. It was packed away straight from the kitchen and into a box, then stored in the garage for a while. There is some dust build-up. After a search online, it appears this is supposed to come with a vented lid, but this is missing that. Maybe you can use a makeshift lid or buy a cheap replacement from Amazon 🤷♀️ Doorstep collection from the Joywood Estate, Boughton Monchelsea. I'll leave it outside under the front porch in a bag ready for the agreed taker to just pick up

Free:
Mini counter top oven REPAIR OR SPARE PARTS (Boughton Monchelsea ME17)
Promised
FOR SPARES OR REPAIR Donated to Freegle by one of my customers who's moving house. She thought it worked, but I pluggednit in, and it worked for about 30 seconds until i played with the temperature dial, and then went off. So its likely the thermostat needs replacing (but im not an electrical engineer and don't know for certain!) If anyone here likes to tinker with electricals, you're welcome to take it. Please also note, it will need a good clean. It was packed away straight from the kitchen and into a box, then stored in the garage for a while. There is some grease and dust build-up both in and out. Doorstep collection from the Joywood Estate, Boughton Monchelsea
