Ottoman / Chaise Longue (PO22) Not sure which it is as it does have the end rest, does not have the back arm rest but it does have a lift up lid with loads of storage room. 62" long. The base is 17" high & the end rest is 26.5 high. 23.5 wide. It is upholstered in pale pink, with the end rest buttoned & it's on castors. The down side is that all down one side it has been badly cat clawed - but if it's up against a wall or if it had a throw over it - they wouldn't be seen. It's on the ground floor, ready to go.

Flood Light Bulb x 2 (PO22) General Electric Par 38 Flood light bulb 80w = 100w Watt-Miser E27 Bulb face measures 12 cms across. I'm assuming they are fine still as in their cardboard box but I can't test them.

Spot Lamp Bulb (PO22) General Electric Par 38 Watt-Miser Spot bulb. 120-150w The bulb face measures 12 cms across. I'm assuming it's fine still as it's in it's cardboard box but I can't test it.

Halogen Lamp Bulb - Linear (PO22) Crompton. 15w clear 2000 hrs life. Tubular K12 R7s. 240v 8.5cms long. I'm assuming it's fine still as it's wrapped in it's cardboard tube but I can't test it.

Large MDF Board (PO22) Expired Unused, perfect condition. 158cm x 71cm x 1.8cm. Needs to go before Sat unless you want to arrange a definite pick up time during next week please.

Shelf unit (Bognor Regis PO22 9PE) Expired White with 3 shelves. 34 & a half inches high. Nearly 31 inches long. 9 & a quarter inches deep. Each shelf is 10 inches high. It has been in the garage for quite sometime, still very serviceable though but would look better with a coat of paint. Quite heavy as made from chipboard.

Metal corrugated sheet for roof (Bognor Regis PO22 9PE) Expired 1 sheet of green (square shaped rather than ripple shaped) corrugated metal roofing. 8 & a half foot x 3 & a half foot. You will need a long vehicle to pick it up in as no cutting equipment etc here.

Hen House (Bognor Regis PO22) Expired Great hen house with room for 9 chickens. It is very heavy & does not come apart so will need two people & a van to pick it up in. Sorry I can't put any photos up. It is 46 inches high, 33 inches wide & 47 inches long.
