Lovely Compact Oak desk/bureau with shelves above. Very solid. The door covering the desk front needs new hinges, so is not secure at the moment.

Sanitan toilet and cistern (Gosmore SG4)

Traditional Sanitan toilet and cistern with metal pull chain. Cistern designed to be mounted at high level. The porcelain ware is in very good condition. Wooden seat needs either sanding down and revarnishing, or replacing. As seen. Full working order when uninstalled a few months ago. We don't have the pipe that connected the cistern to the toilet. No lid on the cistern.

As seen - all working when removed by our builder recently as part of renovations. I need them gone quickly and would like to offer them as a single lot - in other words, you would need to take all of them. One of the toilets is close coupled, the other is more traditional. They've all been cleaned and had a good hose down. Sink is missing one of the taps.
