Recliner couch (Near Seven Mile and Farmington)
Electric powered recliner couch available for immediate pick up. Has somewhere but the material should clean up pretty well and/or couch covers could make this look newer. The foot rests extend on both ends as well as the head cushions to prop your head up if desired. For moving, the couch backs are removable. The bottom piece comes is one long section.

2017 55” LG TV - Needs Repair (Near Seven Mile and Farmington)

Older LG TV (link to exact model below) slowly dying. Seems to be an issue with receiving signals from the remote (remote controller and via the app). The issue is intermittent and it might be solved by a tech savvy tinkerer. If you’re interested in trying to solve the issue or want it for parts, it’s yours!
