Flooring (Rochester ME1)
Good quality plastic wood-effect click-together flooring, about 15m2. Each ‘plank’ 19cm x 125cm. Belgian-made. Used (been down in our kitchen for a number of years) but most of it in good condition with plenty of life left. Some ‘planks’ with bits cut out for pipes, corners, etc. Collection from ME1. Can help load.

5 old railway sleepers. Still some life left in them. Three approx 1.8m long, two approx 80cm long. About 20cm wide and 15cm thick. Collection only. Can help load.

IKEA wardrobe (Rochester ME1)
Gifted
IKEA Fritids wardrobe. Approx 186cm tall x 60cm wide x 50cm deep. A few marks and scuffs but overall good condition. Slight damage to the base (see photo) but this won’t be noticeable when it’s reassembled. Semi-dismantled (drawers are still assembled and door furniture still intact) and ready to collect. Might be able to deliver locally.
