My 14 year old very tall son is looking for a mens bike as his is too small. It must have gears. Please help - no worry on the colour or style or name. Just a working bike please.

A cycling carrier/ jogger (Thorne DN8)
One of these carrier things that attach to a bike for children to sit in, that also converts to a jogging stroller. I'm trying to increase my fitness to keep up with my son, but my 2 youngest need extra support.
