Beautility dining table 42”x30” (extends to 66”) height 30”, water damage to the walnut effect table top but could easily be sanded and revarnished. Four robust matching walnut wood effect chairs, seats have previously been recovered which is why they do not match the chair backs.

Working Ornamental lamp, with an on/off switch, think it had a shade around the bulb but now missing or broken. Lamp is a bit grubby but works ok please note bulb not included just used to demonstrate it works. Also for info it is quite heavy.

Sharp Mini Component System (Upton Park E6)

Sanyo CD-BA1700 mini component system. The radio and twin cassette tape desks work ok however there is an issue with the 3 disc rotary tray - tray opens and a CD track plays once then will not open again just goes round - have had to unscrew the top to remove stuck discs - sure to the right person it’s an easy fix

TV cabinet with 3 drawers and separate glass door section with one shelf and precut holes in the back panel for cabling. Dimensions L41” x W16.5” x H24”. A few scuff mark’s and scratches. Does not come with any of the contents you see in the photos will obviously be emptied. For info, also listed separately is a matching display cabinet

Display cabinet in 2 sections held together with 2 metal brackets on reverse (see pic). Bottom section has 2 drawers (one of the handles has broken but I still have the bits if u want to fix), and a solid door section has one shelf inside Bottom section dimensions L33” x W17” x H22” Top glass door section has two shelves and a built in light which plugs into a standard 3pin mains socket Top section dimensions L32” x W10 x H41.25” There are a few scuff mark’s. Does not come with any of the contents you can see in the photos will obviously be emptied. For info, also listed separately is a matching TV cabinet

Olive green 3 seater sofa, has a few scuff marks and one tiny tear. Still comfortable to sit on but probably needs new stuffing. I have included the fire safely info/label which is on the 2 seater (listed separately) unfortunately the label has come off this 3 seater item but they were originally bought together as a set. Does not dismantle.

A very lightweight kitchen table with an easy clean surface size is L30.5” x W30.5” x H30” (extends to 49”). There are 3 basic lightweight chairs with a flat base, we use padded cushions to sit on but they are perfectly ok
