Generator (Redbank Village, So. Portland) Hoping to help someone get an unwanted generator off their property. I see them from time to time and would really love to refurbish an old one if anyone's got a junker (or better) kickin' around and in the way. I have a small but roomy car I can use--but I guess (in spite of my dreams) could not take anything larger than that. I'm a small green power business owner--I make wind generators. So my goal in this is sorta like: "know thy enemy." But I'd like to learn from it too--I just hope we can all save ourselves the gas money someday. Lawn Mower -- Not Picky xD (Redbank Village, So. Portland) Expired Salutations Freecycle Friends, My wife and I have a yard for the first time! But we do not yet own a mower and pretty much spent everything we could spare to get into our new apartment. We're hoping that someone who is looking to buy themselves a newer electric lawn mower would be willing to part with their old gas mower. It would really be a small act of charity for our small family--we've been through a lot lately! As long as it can be made to run (even if it needs a part or some repairs/maintenance) I'd be very interested. Not worried about general condition or appearance. Would be glad to consider mowing the lawn of whoever might donate a mower to us as well! (Also willing to consider other barter/tradework options.) Thanks in advance!
