It's cut to go between rafters and some of it is smaller pieces but there are a lot close to 1m so if you have something that needs roof or underfloor insulation and are prepared to do some jigsaw piecing this might work. It's going into landfill next week so it's a short-time offer. It's thick - 80mm - and foil backed.

It’ll be bonded to the units so will need to be cut off. It is being taken out next week in the easiest way possible - ie not in one piece… There are a couple of other worktops to match but they have hob and sink cutouts so are of less use I’d imagine.
