Alarm system and parts (Glen echo, md) GE Simon XTi alarm panel, 2 touch screens, 4 glass breaks, 1 motion, a few magnetic door contacts. See photos. Screens work when I plugged in. It was monitored so I presume you can connect to a monitor of your choice if you choose to.

Surface mount light (Glen echo, md) Gifted See photos. Light was working inconsistently on dimmer. Presumably it’s the led driver but do not know what would fix it (if it is repairable). WAC fm-180112-30-bn if you want to look up specs.

Terracotta 2”x2” tiles (Glen echo, md) Gifted ANTIQUE TERRACOTTA SQUARES custom cut for a project, never installed. Approximately 3000 tiles (80 square feet). Heavy. Some are in my recycle bin so will have to be pulled out / restocked, some in a plastic bin you can take, some on wood trays that can take too. See photos.

APC BE550G UPS x2 (Glen echo, md) Gifted Back-ups es500 by apc. Each of the batteries have expired but the surge works. You will need to get replacement batteries. You can take the old batteries or leave and I will recycle them.

Two sofas - microfiber Last chance (Glen echo, md) Gifted Two sofas. One is a sleeper sofa with fold out bed used only 2 or 3 times ever. A little wear and tear on the arm of the loveseat but still comfortable and lots of life.
